Figure 1.--We have no information on this Canadian artist. Apparently he is not very well known. We do have one of his oil paintings depicting a boy wearing knickers, probably about 1930.

We have no information on this Canadian artist. Apparently he is not very well known. We do have one of his oil paintings depicting a boy wearing knickers. Note that he does not swear kneesock with them. We estimate that the painting was done in Canada, probably about 1930.
