We have a charming portrait of a Belgian boy and his sister. The children are not identified. They look to be about 6-8 years old. It is undated, but we believe was taken in the early 1920s. The boy wears a fancy middy blouse with a tie, showing the sailor style was still popular. The sailor collar is done in non-traditional striping. The boy's sister wears a large hair bow and what looks like a Chinese or Japanese inspired dress. This seems unusual we have not noted a lot of Belgian girls wearing dresses like this.
