This photo shows a Swedish school class in 1912. The photo was taken in Långshyttan, a village about 200 km north of Stockholm. In the back we can see the school building. The school was right by a river and impressive bridge. Many of the boys wear different styles of sailor suits. The girls wear dresses and pinafores. One girl is barefoot. The teacher wears a hat, but none of the children wear headwear. We are not sure id they came to school without headwear or just did not wear teir headwear for the portrait.
