The Debate Over School Uniform: Saftey

Figure 1.--

The school uniform readily identified students as a member of that school and increased student safety on and off campus. Uniforms readily identify who belong on campus and who does not. Unfortunately this isa matter of increasing conern in our modern age.

Opinions

School uniforms lets us know right away who belongs on campus and who does not. You would be surprised how many people we find wandering around our campus. Just a few weeks ago there was a child who didn't seem to know where he was supposed to be. After some confusion, we found that his mother had dropped him off there that morning. She was new in a close neighborhood, couldn't get her kid into school on the track that was presently on and decided to drop him off with her cousins kids for some free babysitting. When they took the kid home, there she was. Now, you would think that people would just put on uniforms if they wanted to blend, but they just seem to be too dumb!

Most of the schools are English or Scottish, but schools in Italy, New Zealand, South Africa, and Ulster are also included. The pictures show the uniforms worn at many different schools.
