Kirby Furlong was born in Los Angeles. We haven't found much biographical information about him. We do not know if he was related to Edward Furlong. We have no information at this time as to how he was dressed as a boy. We do know about his cistumes. Most of his TV oles were set in contemporary times and thus to ab extent reflected popular styles for the early 1970s. Kirby played the young Patrick in "the musical "Mame" (1974). Lucy couldn't sing and lip-synched the somgs. I'm not sure about Kirby. He was about 11 years old at the time. He did an adequate, but not particularly memorable job. Kirby had an extensive TV career appearing in many episodes of various TV series. He was kind of the utility kid when ever a series need a boy for a particular episode during the early 1970s. He is best known for playing Jake Howard on the "Jimmy Stewar Show" (1971-72). On the other TV shows he appeared only as a non-regular in various series. I never saw the "Jimmy Stewart Show", but did note him in "The Odd Couple" and "Adam 12" appearances. He seem more notable for bing a cute kid than a child actor. Perhaps readers have a better assessment if his acung career. His final appearance was as a teenager on a TV show, "Off the Minnesota Strip" (1980). "Mame" was, however, his only movie role.
