Spanish Scout Uniforms: Guias y Scouts de Europe

Figure 1.--This is the Spanish Guias y Scouts de Europe Cub uniform.

One Spanish Scout association is the coed association, the Guias y Scouts de Europe, meaning the Guides and Scouts of Europe. This is a Scout association with branches in many European countries. It emphasizes internationaslism and a pan-European ethic. The local units are called parroquias. One such parroquia is the Parroquia Nuestra Señora de Covadonga. This appears to be aan international Scout association, Guides et Scouts d'Europe, that is especiall strong in France. I have few details about the extent to which there is a Spanish nsational association organization for this group. We do have information on the uniforms. There does not appear to be a Spanish Scout uniform, but rather destinctive unifoms for the various associations. We have some inforation on the the uniforms for the Guias y Scouts de Europe. We are unsure if the Guides et Scouts d'Europe attempted to coordinate uniforms Europe wide or if this was up to each national group.
