There were also many indoor areas for free time. Often there are brief periods befor scheduled activities or meals and the children tend to assemble in their form rooms. The form rooms are an important spot for boarders. Here they might play some gamrs, depending on how much time they have available. There were often game rooms or special places for board games, model railroasding, model building, and other special activities. Often the prefects had a specual room. Some schools had gymnasiums or multi-purpose rooms which could be used for free play in the evening. Schools varies on accessibility to the library and computers in the evening. Some scgools make specialized areas like the art room or music room nd practice area available to the children.
