Half way through this term form VR, under the leadership of Mrs Bridgford, started a History Project. This was on towns, castles, knights or monasteries; all subjects on which a lot of information could be obtained. I did my project on towns, which was a very large subject, ranging from cathedrals to town walls. I obtained all my information from two books which Mrs. Bridgfors gave me. One group did their project on scrolls of coloured paper which was very effective. Most groups did theirs in file folders which kept tghem clean and tidy. Some people did the projects on their own and some did it in groups of three so there was great variety in them. Most groups used the photocopying machine for very small detail, but apart from that all the projects were completely original.

The Tiger's eyes
are like balls of jade
of which most animals are afraid.
It leaps and bounds
with terrifying sounds,
It pounces and bounces,
Slashing claws
and massive jaws
biting anf fighting
and at the end
a thrilling killing.
