The child actors playing Little Lord Fauntleroy were mostly boys, but some girls also played the part. Some of the more well know boys were Tommy Russell and Ray Maskell. Probably the best know boy to play Little Lord Fauntleroy was Buster Keaton who at 10-years of age played the part. Little Lord Fauntleroy was also commonly played by girls. Apparently girls were very commonly selected for the part, probably because they were more likely to have long hair. In addition olde girls could be used for the part than boys. HBC had acquired some photographs of unidentified child actors. We hope to be able to identify these actors as HBC acquires more information on stage productions of Little Lord Fauntleroy.
