English Wolf Cubs: Outings--Amusement Parks


Figure 1.--These Cubs on an outing to an amusement park are habing fun with the bumper cars.

Most of these outings are selected for some kind of educational value. There were also outings to places just for fun such as amusement parks. Cubs at the amusement parks enjoy a wide range of activities. Modern cubs enjoy video arcades. There are of course a wide variety of rides. One special favorite is often the bumper cars. They have been features at parks for many years. Older Cubs enjoy the scarier rides like rollar coasters.England until recently did not have a lage number of amusement parks with the exception of the beach piers which were a popular attraction beginning in the late 19th century.
