Dutch brothers and sisters have worn a variety of casual outfits. In the 20th century as casual wear has become increasingly important, these casual outfits have become more common. One might think that brothers and sisters might wear short pants. While some of these outfits are almosr identical, generally the girls wear skirts while the boys wear shorts. This is much more common than both children wearing shorts. HBC does not at this time have examples pf these coordinated casual styles im the eralu 20th century, but nbelieces that they exist. This sdubject, however, requires further investigation. Red appears to have been a popular color for these outfits. As in most cases of these coordinated outfits, they involved a younger brother. Rarely would an older brother wear a coordinated outfitvunless he was very young.
