We are not sure what the child on the right is wearing. It looks like a belted dress with a pleated skirt or perhaps a tunic. Also notice the two different caps. The snapshot is undated. We would guess that it was taken about 1920.

A boy have worn a tunic, but a pleated skirt in the 1920s is not very likeky. Also notice the two different caps, but they may be the same. At least we think that they are different. One cap may just have the brim rurned away from the camera. The snapshot is undated. We would guess that it was taken about 1920. A reader writes, "I would guess the child on the right is a boy. The skirted suit with buttons down the front looks like the boy dresses I have noted in the early 20th century. Also, the child on the right seems younger so It may be that is how they dress the children at younger ages."
