We note a Dutch Scout band in 1984 participating in a British band tournament. It was the only foreign band that we noted. I'm not sure about the name of the band. The band had a very traditional uniform. The boys wear traditional Scout broad-brrimmed hats, white kerchiefs, tan shirts, and brown corduroy shorts. It was a mixed group of boys and girls. The girls wore brown skirts.
