Scouts have an annual public speaking competition called a Chatterbox Contest. The boys speak on a topic for a set time. We note Cubs involved in this activity. We assume Scouts were also involved, but have no information about their participation at this time. Their efforts are judged by a panel. Here we see Cubs probably during the 1991 participating in a Chatterbox Contest. The 1991 final was held in the House of Commons in London.
