Here we see the younger boys wearing their plaid vest-like jacket short pats suits while other boys wear white shirts, bowties, and black shortpanrs. The girls also vary with some wearing plaid jumpers and other white or light-colored dresse. It almost looks like they are from two different choirs (figure 1). In recent years the younger boys have begun earing long pants like the older boys. The older boys wear jackets and long pants. One of their outfits includes Nehru jackets. They also have a Russian folk costume. All of the children during Soviet times wore red scarves. The Choir appears to have attended Young Pioneer camps together where they wore the standard Pioneer uniform. We see nothing separate about the Pioneer uniform the choir wore. We note that the choir sang at some camp functions.

The children appear in a variety of uniforms. Some appear to be a standard uniform worn over a long period. Others we only note being worn a few times. There is no single uniform like that of the Vienna Choir Boys that is associated with the the Choir. Usually the different uniforms reflect changes over time or for varying functions. Here we note, however, the children wearing different uniformsin the same performance, looking like two different choirs (figure 1).

The Choir appears to have attended Young Pioneer camps together where they wore the standard Pioneer uniform. there is a photographic record of about 10 pictures recording a 1978 visit to the Artec Young Pioneer camp. The choir are dressed in a pioneer camp uniform. This was shirt, neckerchief and shorts, sandles for boys. Same for girls, except they wore matching skirt. At the camp some can play musical instruments for a group are gathered round a piano while one boy plays and the others are singing or listening.
