Figure 1.--We notice a variety of boys' suits ( Knaben Anzüge ) in the 1900 Jelmoli catalog. They were all bloomer knicker suits, including several done in the popular sailor style. We also note a Norfolk suit. Each suit was given a boy's name. This was a common convention at the time.
