The reason I said that is that the legs to me look like they are "stuffed" rather than following normal contours. Our reader writes, "I don't think this boy's underwear shows under the long stockings. What looks like the outlines of underwear on one leg (not the other) is, I think, just a flaw or extraneous mark on the surface of the photo. These is no bulging under the stockings which are held in place very smoothly with no wringles. Usually, when long underwear is worn underneath, you can tell by the degree of smoothness and tightness, which is not the case in the photo."
