Pink is not a common color, used at British prep schools. We have, however, noted a few schools with pink blazers. We notice one boys prep school with a pink blazer. The blazer was worn with a pink cap (igure 1). The grey sweaters and grey kneesocks had pink trim. We are not sure why pink was chosen. Schools tried to destinguish themselves with unique color combinatioins, presumably this was the reason. The boys understandably did not like the color. Apparently there are a few other schools that use pink. A HBC reader has provided us some images of pink school uniform items. There is a blue scarfe with pink stripes. This appears to be a different school than the prep school which used the cap seen here.
