Figure 1.--This World War I portrait shows second lieutenant Edouard Guyomard in 1917 with his family (his mother or mother in law, his wife and their five children). The girls wear white dresses with shoes. One boy weaes a sailor suit and the other one a short tunic with a lace collar. Bothe boys wear closed toe sandals without socks. The family was from Dinan, Brittany.
