We have little chrnological information on Swedish sailor suits at this time. Our 19th century Swedish archive is very limited. Only when we get to the 20th entury do we habe any mnumber of sailor suit images. Thus we can not yet assess chronological trends. We do have a number of 20th century impages, mostly quite traditional styles. It looks to us like sailor suits persistsed in Sweden a little longer in Sweden than America and other European countries.
