The standard cut-away jacket was a short jacket cut at lengths at or just below the waust. The jacket on the previousn pagev is a good example. There were some cut at longer lengths but they are not very common. Unlike the shorter cuts, they would have been unlikely to have been done at as Ready made clothing which was becoming increrasingly common.
