This oval image cabinet card portrai was taken about 1910. The boys are identical twin boys Elmer and Homer Fulton. They are wearing polka dot tunic suits with. matching tunics and bloomer lnickers. They have black long stockings and low-cut shoes. The portrait was taken in Hillsboro, Oregon. Hillsboro is the fifth largest city in Oregon. Lying in the Tualatin Valley on the west side of Portland, it was inhabited by the Atfalati tribe of the Kalapuya. Settlers founded a community here in 1842 later name after David Hill an Oregon politician.
