The children look to be about 3-11 years old. The Cub uniforms hlp to dte the boys. The younger boy look to be sbout 5-6 years old, too young to be a Cub. They could not be older because the oldest boy woud have been a Scout. The two older boys wear their Cub scout uniforms. The younger boy even wears his cap. Scouting was very widespread at the time in America. They lived in San Jose, California. The photographer was the Woodland Studio.
