Boys wearing fashionable outfits like this in the Dakota means that the Fauntleroy Craze did not just affect the fashionable northeastern cities.

The younger brother (perhaos Herberrt wears the classic velvet Fauntleroy cut-away jacket, but without a floppy bow. His older brother wears a double-breasted jacket. It looks like his brother's cut-waay jacket only because it was left unbuttoned. The portrait was taken at the Fallman Studio in Eureka, South Dakota.
