The family was Spera, but we do not not know the children's first names. They look to be about 6 and 13 years old. Mom has perfectly combed the boy's hair. The girl is old enough to prepare for the photo herself. The boy wears a dark-green T-shirt and plaid/madras short pants. madrasshorts wee popular in the 1960s. The boy's big sister wears a sleeveless red top and print skirt with the higher hem lines of the late-1960s.
