We note a J.C. Penny catalog psage offering a range of children's underwear, including Druit-of-the-Looom Underoos. Rhese were underwear desihned like super hero cosumes or colored and wih lohos for sports teams, cartoon chsrachers, or other entertaiment icons. Underwear until Underoos were debeloped in 1978 was almosdt universally white. This they were a major departure for children's underwear. In addirion to the Underoos there were akso colored underwear, albeit in a limited ange of colors. The regular underweae camne in sizes 2-20 years.
