Aren't computers wonderful. Two HBC readers have experienced problems bringing up the images. I think it may be a problem associated with the newest version of Fire Fox and IE. What happens is the pages load, but for some reason the ipasscode box does not come up so you can long on. What ever the cause, there is a simple fix. Click here for the information needed to bring up the passcode box. There may be a better way of correcting the problem, but until we learn of how to fix the passcode box, this should provide an intrim fix. A HBC reader tells us that the latest version of Fire Fox has fixed this problem. I'll leave thus note up for a while in case readers have the older version.

I had this problem also, but it automatically corrected itself for some reason. It occurred when I updated IE and Firefox. This may be a problem associated with the Fire Fox browser, but I am not positive.

If the passcode box does not come up for you automatically, try this:

1. Click on the small image box (the small probably red box within the image box at the upper left hand corner).

2. That should bring up the passcode box. Then just enter the codes as normal.

Basically the idea is to hit a linked image rather than a linked page. For some reason this causes the passcode box to comes up even though it does not come up normally.

A HBC reader tells us that the latest version of Fire Fox has fixed this problem. I'll leave thus note up for a while in case readers have the older version.
