We see the style in the early-20th century, we think the 1900s-10s. We know this the portrait of this unidentfied boy had a postcard back. It is a style that we have never noted in America. These seem to be a collar buttoning jackets worn with PeterPan or Eton collars. Notice that the jacket had a Peter Pan collar collar, but mother has laid a white drtachable collar over it.
