The boy is played by film unknown Jerry Mathers who 2 years later in 1957 would become Beaver Cleaver in the classic Amrican TV series 'Leave it to Beaver'. In his role in 'Harry' the 6 or 7 years old Jerry wore a "T" style shirt with blue horizontal stripes, brown boxer shorts (the HBC reader prioviding this review remembers wearing shorts like these when he was 6 or 7), blue ankle socks, and black and white saddle oxfords. Jerry's role is not prominent in the film, but he have a few scenes in which he acts very well.
