Figure 1.-- All we have here is a still. We are sure that it is American It looks like the late-1920s to us, perhaps the early-30s. The man, presumably a grandfather holds two children, a girl and we think a boy about 4-9 years old. It may be a silent film. The grandfather looks familiar, but we can not identify him or the two children. The boy wears a short pants play suit and the girl a light summer frock. The father wears a smoking jacket, suggesting a wealthy or at least well off family. Both have whit knee socks and patent leather strap shoes. we have no idea about the story line. Hopefully HBC readers will recognize the film.
