College Notre Dame (1900s)

Figure 1.--We are not sure when this College Notre Dame photograph was taken. We believe some time in the 1900s. Almost all the boys are wearing floppy bows.

We are not sure when this College Notre Dame photograph was taken. We believe some time in the 1900s. Almost all the boys are wearing floppy bows. I am not sure if this is because the photograph is a little earlier than the 1909 photograph here or the boys are a little younger. Also notice the spartan classroom and the strict arrangement of the desks. We can't tell who the portraits are. Nor can we see what the flag is, it clearly is not the Canadian flag.
