Here we have a class portrait of a 1st grade class at Dichson Elmentary School (1968-69). All the have to go on is the name board the childre are holding. We do not know what state where the school was located. Apparently it no longer exists. Dichson was a surname and this named after a person and not a town. The 1st grade meant 6-year olds. We have been unabke to find any information about the school. All of the boys exept two wear casual clothes. The girls still all wear prim dresses. The school may be in the South. We think there may have been more diversity elsewhere for the girls. There is one hint about the school. The flag at the right looks to be the ecunemical Christian flag. So this may not be a public school.
